Vision is important. It helps us get a focus of where we are going. Did Jesus have a vision for the world? Does he have a vision for you? These are questions that determine how we live our lives today. Without vision, and without knowledge, a people perish! Nobody wants to go through afflictions. When we get afflicted, many times we struggle through pain, anxiety on how to cope. James encouraged the oppressed Christians to be patient just as the farmer, the prophets and Job endured.
