I was reach out by Alex Ebwonu who then was working with me in the same company. That was in 2007.
He kept on sharing his faith with me but I kept giving all kinds of excuses including having no transport. I remember one Saturday he gave me money for transport but still I did not make it to church that Sunday. What humbled me most was I expected him to be annoyed with me when I meet, instead the guy just told me, it is okay make every effort next Sunday. Trust me next Sunday I made it to church and have never looked back.
However much I went to church, it took me one complete year studying the Bible and get baptized. This was because I came from a religious background with so many questions and the brothers were so gracious and patient with me till I made up my mind to make Jesus the Lord of my life.
